This started out as multiple drywall ceiling patchs, stipple blending and molding replacement job. Once we were finished getting the drywall to a ready to paint state and wrapping up, the roofer came in and informed us he had fallen through the ceiling which lead to more repairs. Glad we were able to help them get the home ready to sell despite the minor set back.
